When making your morning cup of coffee, here is a tip:
make sure that you place the urn (the place where the coffee goes) into the coffee machine or you will flood your kitchen with a hot mess that will overwhelm your kitchen and take quite some time to clean up.

Yep. Usually helpful, and if you ever work at SBUX, make sure you actually empty the urn before you start brewing the new one! Know anyone who needs a dog? He's really cute...
